On the last day, you will enjoy your visit to Old Cairo city, Saladin Citadel, and the bazaar of Khan El-Khalili to get your full image of Cairo.

Arrival at Cairo International Airport, meet our English-speaking representative who will guide you through the immigration and customs departments to finish the full procedures for you.

Heading to the three Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the only one left of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. This 146-meter-high Pyramid is just one part of a huge funerary complex. The Great Sphinx is another essential feature of Egypt, characterized by the head of a man with the body of a lion. Your visit to the Giza plateau will end with the mortuary temple of king Chefren, which was used for the mummification process. Then having lunch in a local restaurant.

The next visit will be to the Egyptian Museum, the home of Egypt’s antiquities which are dating back to different ages, including the treasures of Tutankhamen, the most famous king in Egypt. Finally, head to your hotel to enjoy a nice night.

Have your breakfast at the hotel, and get ready to catch your domestic flight to Luxor from Cairo International Airport. Your day will start by heading to the East Bank of Luxor to visit the massive and impressive Karnak Temple, the largest temple structure ever built by man. The Temple of Karnak is actually three main temples situated on 247 acres of land.  Once you finish, your lunch will be served at an oriental restaurant. Then, going to Luxor Temple, the center of the most important festival, the festival of Opet. Built mostly by Amenhotep III and Rameses II

Then, crossing to the other side of the Nile to visit the famous Necropolis of Thebes, also known as the West Bank of Thebes. Visiting the Valley of the Kings, commissioned by the Pharaohs of the dynasties 18, 19, and 20 and home to the tombs of Tutankhamen and Ramses IV, and the most famous kings in history. Also, heading to the Valley of the Artisans, a tribute to those who built the tombs of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings. Then, have a short break for lunch.

The second part of the day will start with visiting the complex of Al-Deir Al-Bahri, the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most famous queens in ancient Egypt, the temple of Amenhotep III, and the Colossi of Memnon. Finally, you will transfer to Luxor International Airport to take your domestic flight back to Cairo.

Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before being driven to visit Old Cairo City, a melting pot of religions (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam). Visiting the Hanging Church, built on the Roman military Fortress of Babylon and dates back to the 4th century. Also served as the headquarter of the Coptic Orthodox Patriarch till the 10th century. Also, the Cavern Church, where the Holy Family is believed to have been hidden during their period of fleeing in Egypt. Then the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which is one of the oldest synagogues in Egypt and dates back to the 9th century. And finally, you will visit Amr Ibn El- Aas mosque, the oldest mosque in Egypt and Africa.

Having lunch in a local restaurant. After lunch, you will visit Medieval ​​Cairo, which was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This part of the city was built in the 10th century and primarily served as the headquarter of Muslim caliphs. Also, you will visit Saladin Citadel, a fortress in which stands the imposing mosque of Mohamed Ali, as well as the many museums and gardens hidden within its walls. Finally, you can stroll through the picturesque bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, a fourteenth-century marketplace where you can purchase all sorts of traditional souvenirs. 

Once the tour is finished, you will be driven to Cairo International Airport in an air-conditioned vehicle, as an opportunity to contemplate one last view of this beautiful, richly historical city. To ensure your trip goes smoothly, an English-speaking representative will accompany you at all times and be available to assist you until you are safe aboard your plane flying back home.
