Packages are subject to availability at the time of placing your request.
Prices are quoted per person in USD.
Exodus reserves the right to change the rate to offset any incidental increase in taxes or currency exchange rates.
Packages exclude any other expenses that are not mentioned in the ‘Price Includes’ section of the package.
Packages exclude all personal consumption items (room service, mini-bar, laundry, telephone calls, etc).
A mandatory City Tax applies in some destinations and is payable at the time of checkout.
Optional Tours listed prices are based on group departures; however individual requests can be arranged upon request, at different rates.
Payment Conditions:
10% of the total amount to confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be settled 07 days before the departure date. Or cash upon arrival to your tour manager.
Cancellation & No Show:
As an authorized agent, Exodus exerts utmost effort to thoroughly revise and ensure the required documents are available at the time of submitting applications to the embassy to minimize chances of rejection due to incorrect or inadequate submission of visa documents.
Do note however that the VISA decision is at the sole discretion of the embassy with no liability on Exodus.
The processing time is indicated as a reference; however, in some exceptional cases, it could take longer.
Visa applications must be lodged at least 15 calendar days before the intended visit and cannot be lodged earlier than three months before the start of the intended visit.t

Children under 2 years old are free of charge.
A child under 6 years old pays 25% of the total cost package for the adult.
A child under 12 years old pays 50% of the total cost package for the adult.
Children 12 years old or above are considered adults. For flight bookings, an additional supplement may apply.
Feedback and Complaints:
General complaints –if any– need to be delivered no later than 7 working days following your return date.
Complaints relating to the undesired level of services provided at the destination must be addressed on the spot.
